Program Assessment Resource Kit (PARK)

Learning outcomes assessment is one of the most powerful tools for identifying and dismantling inequities in student outcomes. If we are serious about closing parity gaps, we can’t afford to leave such a powerful tool on the shelf.

The Program Assessment Resource Kit (PARK) is an online, asynchronous repository of video and template resources for academic program assessment. The PARK includes step-by-step guidelines for each phase of the assessment process to help departments and programs plan and implement assessment of program learning outcomes.

The PARK includes a Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) at a Glance video, followed by four modules representing the stages of program-level assessment of student learning. The resources are available in Box.com and are accessible to staff, faculty, and administrators with UC Davis email addresses.
