The Program-level Assessment Capacity Enrichment for Equity (PACE4Equity) program guides faulty-led teams through the six stages of the assessment cycle (shown at right; described below.) to build capacity for participating in and leading on-going equity-minded program-level assessment. Program-level assessment is a complex activity that requires collaboration, communication, and commitment. Throughout PACE4Equity, teams involve program / department colleagues, graduate and undergraduate students, and other partners to ensure the inclusion of multiple perspectives and voices.
